
Welcome to week 2 of the Indiana High School football season. In week one, Jasper defeated memorial and Southridge defeated Corydon to make the battle of dubois county an interesting game. Jasper's experience runs deep. tonight, the two headed monster (Tate Blessinger and Luke Sermersheim) rushes for 230 yards on the way to a 31-14 victory of the Raiders. Grant Theil gets his 2nd interception of the season and also runs back a kickoff for a touchdown. For Southridge, Senior Mitch Mundy grinds out 85 yards rushing. Jack Michel leads the defense with a fumble recovery and an interception.
Heritage Hills 45 Tell City 7

Heritage Hills runs all over tell City in every facet of the game. Kenton Crews scores a touchdown 4 different ways. Ethan Griepenstroh chips in 2 rushing touchdowns as the Patriots dominate this one. The Patriots defense holds the Tell City to just 54 total yards of offense. Kicker Seth Bolin is perfect on extra points and kicks a 42 yard field goal
Perry Central 27 Forest park 13

The Forest Park rangers come to play tonight and keep a game close that most people thought would be a blowout. Quarterback ben Wendholt throws for 187 yards and 2 touchdowns, both to Zach Brosmer. The defense, led by Josh Franchville, plays great all night before getting a little worn down towards the end of the game. Although a loss, the Rangers show that they will be a team to contend with this season.
